Our programs are based on the Treatment and Education of Autistic and Communication Handicapped Children (TEACCH) method. This method involves consistent patterns, procedures, and visual cues to help individuals focus on specific tasks while fostering independence.
Trainees can achieve their goals with daily structured routines and predictable expectations. We encourage them to make good choices and engage meaningfully with the community.

Our weekday Day Program offers structured teaching environments and comprehensive goal-directed, skill-building activities. Trainees follow a holistic curriculum designed to enhance their daily living skills. Trainees can attend on a full-time, part-time, or respite basis (less than 10 days per month).
Individuals can try our Day Program on a short term basis and determine if the program suits their needs.
Our 1-on-1 program offers individualized support to reach personal goals. PGE also helps individuals build skills that will prepare them for a group learning environment. Personal goals may be related to communication, careers, vocation, academia, independent living, or behavior.
The extension of this program, PGE Exploration, allows individuals to explore the community and social settings to learn communication skills, grow their independence, and more.
During this weekend program, trainees develop social and communication skills to grow their independence. Make new friends while cooking, playing games, going on outings, and more.
Our new centre located around the corner (Unit 52–53) is dedicated to providing independent adults with developmental disabilities with job-ready skills and career support. Our in-house cafe, Possible Cafe, allows trainees to learn and practice job skills in a realistic workplace.

Our adaptive Day Program is also suitable for youths who are interested in a group program setting or need support for the post-high school transition period. The program runs during March Break, Summer Break, Winter Break, and P.A. Days.
Youths with low support needs can participate in this Saturday social group to build independence and prepare for the transition to adulthood. Our safe social environment allows individuals to discuss life’s joys and challenges amongst peers. Activities include career building, community outings, and more.
